In that video, he shared a Japanese Towel Exercise and this technique was developed by a Japanese reflexology and massage specialist, Dr. Toshiki Fukutsudzi. He claimed the towel method can reduce an extra layer of belly fat, which is due to the misplacement of pelvic muscles.
How to Do Towel Exercise at Home?
There are total 5 steps in this exercise, these steps are as follows:
Step 1: Take a Yoga Mat and lie on your back with your hands and legs stretched and placed away from your body.
Step 2: Now place a medium-size towel under your lower back right below your navel.
Step 3: Now place your feet shoulder-width apart but your toes should touch each other.
Step 4: Then stretch your arms above your head, and place your palm down. And your pinkies should be touching.
Step 5: Now hold your body in this position for at least 5 minutes. Then slowly relax.
